What a great miniature of a bedroom. It is very realistic and organized. The mini me wants to take a mini nap on the mini bed. Pa

This must have been a really fun project for you, Lo.....I know how much you enjoy creating miniatures. I love all the details of this cute little room. Great job with the bedding....it looks so comfy!

What an interesting project, Lo! Sarcophagus.....that's a big word. I looked at ALL of them, and I like yours the best. I'm curious as to the size of it. Is it about the size of your hand?

These pies look so real and so yummy, Lorelei! Your artwork makes me hungry for pumpkin pie topped with a spoonful of whipped cream......just like you & your dad made for us last Thanksgiving. They look 3 dimensional. I'm wondering if you used paint, crayons, or markers to create these delicious desserts.

I like your fiber robot, Lorelei. You did lots of stitching to create it! Did you stuff it with cotton balls? You did a good job making the ON and OFF buttons.

This looks like a place to have fun! It reminds me of when we have gone down by your park where they have rides on the merry-go-round. I like your colorful canopy and the way the animals look like they're running in circles! I wish I could have watched you create this work of art, Lorelei. Grannie Joan

Oh, how colorful this is! It does remind me of a middle eastern country. I like how you made the windows and stairs....and the palm trees. It's cool that you even put a constellation up in the bright blue sky! It must have been fun to create this beautiful scene, Lorelei.

Wow......it looks like a picture of a real dog, Lorelei. He is "lucky" to have such a nice weaving on his back! I think you have had a lot of practice weaving since you have made so many colorful potholders. I love getting to see your art projects.

This looks like real snakes! They must be twins! I like the designs on their backs. That must have taken a long time to create.

Wow...this is one of your best, Lorelei! I love the colors you chose for your desert landscape. This would look good in a frame or on some note cards. I'm glad you get to create with watercolor paint.

I love your picnic lunch! The loaf of bread in the basket looks good enough to eat! We should have a picnic the next time we are together, Lo! I would also like to eat a hot dog.

I want to go to the picnic!

What a cool project! Your colorful weaving is a beautiful background for this very artistic camel, Lorelei. I love the eyelashes!!! The fringe that you tied on each end makes it look like a real woven rug. I looked at the gallery and yours is the best!

Lorelei, I can tell that you have been on a ski trip because this snowy scene looks like a real place in Colorado! I like the mountains in the background and the ski lift going up the slope. The evergreen trees and the people add just the right details. Is that you in the middle on your way down the hill?

Lorelei, your work on this project is beautiful,,,,,,I love the detail you created in the background of sky, mountains, trees & flower garden as well as the foreground of animals, houses, & vegetable garden. I also noticed that the girl has dark hair & skin like the people of Chile. When I was in college my parents hosted a foreign exchange student from Chile named Daphne, and I enjoyed getting to know her.

I really like your ship in a bottle! You have put lots of detail to make it look like the real ones......the dragon, the masts, the deck railings, the portholes, the flags, the crow's nest, and the steering wheel are done well. I like the way you made the big ocean waves, too!

Lorelei, this painting looks very much like the works of Matisse. I looked at all the others, and I like yours the best! Your goldfish look so happy in their bowl of water. I like the vines & leaves in the background, and the pretty purple & blue background colors.

Wow! This looks like a page out of a children's book, Lo! You could become a children's book illustrator. This scene looks like pictures I have seen of parades in China. I love the scales & spikes on the dragon, as well as the detail on the city buildings and the festive lanterns. It looks very "Oriental."

Wow...this tiger looks ferocious! Look at those eyes! I like the decorative lanterns, too. Very festive and intricately designed, Lo.

This really looks like Frida Kahlo. I know that she was Mexican and loved flowers and painted lots of portraits of herself. I love how you drew her eyebrows and used bright colors for the flowers and her necklaces. You did a great job on her facial features, Lo. Joan (Grannie)

What a cute little troll, Lorelei! Did you give it a name? I didn't know that you got to do ceramics in art class. How fun!

LORELEI......I love the way you made the sky and the bare trees on the snowy hillside in the background. The icy water doesn't seem to bother this cute otter or the colorful little fish. Otters are playful, aren't they?

Looks like a bowl of TRIX, Lorelei. I like the design on the spoon. You must have had fun painting this bowl of cereal.

This must have taken a long time to create, Lo! I like the way you put window shutters, logs for the fire to heat the cabin, and all those pumpkins to show that it is a fall scene. I hope you had fun with your art project!

Lorelei, what a colorful unicorn. Aunt Allison used to love unicorns. I would like a magnet of your moai rock picture so I can put it on the fridge next to Lucas' drawing of the same thing. Maybe you can help me order one when I come Memorial Day weekend.

This Moai guy looks 3D with that water and big sun in the background. I like the way he's leaning just like the real ones. Nice work, Lo! Grannie

Oh, this new baby penguin is so cute, Lorelei! I like the way you show it's mama looking down so lovingly. It looks like it's cold there, and that baby needs to stay very close so it can get warm.

Lorelei, I love this picture of the penguins. What are the white triangles around the baby? The mommy penguin looks very kind and the baby looks like a whatsamahatchet.. Love, Grandma Lois

Lorelei, your worm and spider are really good drawings. Your color and detail are amazing. Gee, worm and spider. One has no legs and the other has 8 legs. I would like to have 8 legs. I'm sure I could run really fast. It would probably cost a lot to buy shoes though.

Lorelei, I can see that you spent a long time creating this colorful, long-legged spider. Those are pretty hairy legs! If I ever see one like that in my house.....I will take it outside!!! I love your artwork! Your teacher always has good ideas for fun projects. From Grannie with lots of love
