Hi Ben, I think you accomplished your goal in this project. I see Contrast in the dark and lighter colors. The repeating circular and curved shapes form a Pattern. The design has Unity in the shapes that all fit together, there are no separate random elements and it is an integrated design. Your eye moves to the center blue dot and Movement is suggested by the curved radiating arms which suggest rotation. You have an informal Balance which works well with your design giving it a dynamic feel. The blue circle is the focus and Emphasis of your design as your eye immediately goes there. I like your dynamic design and bold colors. Good job on your design project, especially that you including all assigned elements of design in the project! Nana

Those are great mountains and trees. You did a good job with the the more distant mountains fading so they appear further away. Very realistic effect. I like the purple.

Hi Ben, I love the bold brilliant colors in your art work! You've put a lot of thought, creativity and work into your sketchbook cover. Good job creating an illusion of distance and depth in this landscape. You've created spacial dimension with the elements in the foreground, the soccer field with the trespassing animal in the middle-ground and by the detailed jagged mountains in the background. I also like the flying soccer ball and goal incorporated into the field. I'm impressed by the top area on the back of the cover which is the blue body of water and dark green foothills in front of the detailed mountain range which based on your own observations and understanding of nature. A lot is well communicated this artwork. The only minor suggestion I have is to put your name and 5B on the ball, but otherwise your composition is awesome the way it is. The more I looked at I the more I liked it! Well done! Very Creative!
