Addison, this painting reminds me of sunset just as the moon is appearing and the end of the day is cool, quiet and calm. In your painting the earth is bathed in lavender, purple and grays and I can sense the stillness. You have captured a scene as well as a mood. Great job! Boo

Addie, your little cactuses look happy and friendly, that seems more important than their prickly nature. This artwork is lots of fun. It plays and teases the viewer. Nice work. Boo

Addie, I love the brilliant colors in your butterfly. And yes, they do have brilliant colors sometime in nature. I must show you a photo of a blue morpho butterfly - it is electric blue. I also like the fact that the foliage, etc is on black and white - nothing takes away from you extraordinary butterfly. Well done! Boo

Addie, it’s not often that I want to take a bite out of your artwork but this one looks yummy. As I recall, donuts are one of your favorites. Now you remind me of another great artist, Andy Warhol, who thought a soup can or an everyday object could be part of a work of art. He painted a whole series of soup cans, but you know, I think I prefer donuts. Boo

Addie, this artwork reminds me of you - very happy and smiling. It is creative, clever, and cool, just like you. I think you are working with different mediums which is an interesting concept. Keep up the good work. Boo

Addison, your artwork reminds me of some portraits done by Picasso who thought there was no need in art to have a nose for example straight forward - it could be turned just as you did it. You have captured the demeanor of a King or Knight. Well done Addison! Love, Boo

Addison, you are so creative. This reminds me of the big aquarium on Maui. I remember how you liked the glass tunnel when fish are swimming all around you, including a shark or two. Keep up the good work. Boo

That must be a delicious strawberry. In my mind it is sitting in a half of a coconut. Yummy! I love the thought of it. You love red and so do I so this artwork is very appealing to me. You do a great job with color and making your artwork come to life. Congratulations!

I am looking out the window at my bird feeder and wishing it was as creative and interesting as the nest your little bird is sitting in. I love the colors in your weaving and the wonderful blue sky with white clouds. I am certain this is a very happy bird. You always do such a good job with your art. Boo

Addie, you’ve done it again. I love your turtles in the green water. Reminds me of the seat turtles we see in Maui. You use color very well. The contrast between the colors let’s the turtles jump right out. Wish they were that easy to see in the ocean. Good job! Boo

Addie, I love your owl. The color of the paper makes it look like nighttime, just when an owl would be active. The moon is bright, the pumpkins are orange, and all together you have created a very interesting and pleasing art composition. "Who, who" says the owl. Why it's Addie who made the nighttime owl look just like a spooky October night. He must be searching among the pumpkins for a tasty mouse. Boo

I call this artwork the "Quilted Turtle" - all the small sections are different yet look good together. Your turtle is very creative and that's why he is smiling. Boo

This reminds me of a rainbow and a maze. The colors look great, each one leading to the next. I know your favorite, the pretty red color that completes your design. BoooBoo

Addison, I love your sunflowers. Van Gogh was a great artist and a very interesting man to learn about. Someday you may visit the little town in Southern France where he painted his sunflowers and an entire museum devoted to him in Holland. Keep up the good work - who knows, you may be a great artist someday, too. BooBoo

Hi Addison, I live your lightening bugs on a dark blue expanse. It makes your artwork very dramatic. Nothing says summer like fireflies. You certainly have an artistic knack. Congratulations. Boo
