Hey Joey! I was able to use this art piece for a super special purpose! A friend of mine recently lost his wife to cancer. She had just celebrated her 65th birthday and God called her home a week later. I choose this image to send as a postcard to this friend who lives in Iowa. The colors made me feel very peaceful and the image made me think about what amazing sounds of music Heaven must have! It is definitely sad when we lose a loved one. But it's comforting to know that they are at rest and having the best time with Christ. Thank you for creating something that will be a comfort during sorrow and also can offer joy and hope at the same time!

One of the best things about art is that the artist might mean to create one thing, but to an onlooker that creation can be something totally different! The title of this piece is "cactus" and yes it very well does appear to be a cactus! But when I look at it with MY eyes....my brain sees a door! This is great because I actually love doors!!! The colors and textures make me thing of a door on a home in a small Mexico village or something. Isn't that cool?! This piece took me to a place that was probably so far from your mind as you created it! Awesome work Joey!
