I think this is great. I love the expression on the figure's face - a sort of guarded quality. The attention to detail in the shirt and tie totally fit this character. To me the overall effect of the image suggests a man using his clothing to project an image of himself, while his eyes indicate he doesn't quite believe that he measures up to the image.
