Makai, I sure don't see where you could have messed up. I think this picture shows growth in your art work. Even the fence on the right looks like it belongs in the tree's surroundings. I look forward to more like this one.

OK, I'll ask: What is that on the chicken's head?

Makai, Good work on the line bugs! I love all the colors and variations you used on their bodies. Where are all the bugs going? I also like the spider in the corner. Good work!

Makai, I like your use of geometric lines and areas in this picture. This would make a beautiful quilt. - Grandpa Rich

Wow! This art is very striking. I'm not sure how you did this but you got a very interesting design. I like how the lines stretch out all the way to the edge of the paper and that there are so many of them with various colors. Great job! Love, Grandma Sharon

Makai, Your cat is one of those "Rainbow" cats. I need to ask, is that a picture of you on the fence with the cat? Grandpa Rich

Makai, I really like the up-close picture of that pumpkin. The colors you used were perfect, reflecting the shadows that exist in the real world.

Hi Makai! This looks like a marvelous machine. It has wheels, and it looks like frog legs in the back, for jumping, and an elephant trunk in the front for digging and clearing a path. I sure wish I could get a ride in your fantastic car. Love, Grandma

Hi Makai! I don't see what the directions were for this project so I have been thinking of possibilities of what this creature might be. His hat makes me think he is a soldier. His carrot nose and the buttons on his shirt, and his scarf make me think he might be part snowman. Then again, I know you like Super Heroes so I thought he might be a super hero with special powers. Good art really makes a person stop to think so I think you have created some very good art. Love You! Grandma

Wow! You sure know how to draw a horse!. My favorite part is his mane. He looks like his name should be Big Red! Great job! Love, Grandma

Hi Makai, You really did a great job on this art project. The colors are very pretty together. I wonder about the 2 little guys at the bottom of the picture. What are their stories? Good art always makes a person think and wonder about something in the picture. Keep up the good work! Love, Grandma

Very cool project and a great way to use water color. I remember having to paint people and housing and whatnot with water color as a kid, a perfect way to get kids to believe they are terrible at art. This is actually a really cool application. Great job, Makai!
