Levon, I really love your idea and the graphic style of this piece. What’s most interesting to me is the way you combined the text and bold shapes filled with color. The tape masking technique you used with watercolor painting makes a nice pattern. It seems like spokes radiate outward and inward, drawing my attention to the blue pentagon in the center, like the classic shapes on a soccer ball. I think it’s awesome how your design shows an intersection between fine art and sports, which I find to be an unusual and thought- provoking combination. Well done! You’re a great designer. Love, Mom

Levon, Dad and I are so proud of the good ideas, hard work and care you put into making your deer picture. I thought it worked out great to use visual references and your imagination to create the drawing. I also thought your techniques were inventive and beautiful.
