Kate, I really like this piece! I love the detailed feathers you put around the neck. The subtle shading on the body is beautiful. The blue background is interesting and creates a lovely contrast to your bird. Is this your watercolor piece? If so, I’m even more impressed because to create the white feathers against the blue background in watercolor is very hard:). All that to say, “He’s cute!” L, G
