I think your mosaic had given a very interesting skin texture to this gentle giant. I also like the color contrast of the sun... added spark to the picture but not overwhelming.

The artwork depicts our solar system well. I like the choice of colors for various planets with their own notable features, which provides nice contrast to the black space and distant stars. I also like the only partial showing of the sun so it would not become overbearing to other planets. Good job Aaron!

I really like this artwork. The details are so realistic and stunning. I can see the individual strands of hairs, the moisture and the relatively smooth skin of the lower eyelid, as well as the eye showing the animal is deep in thought. The color contrast between the the eye and the surrounding black-and-white fur is awesome. Showing only a portion of the head enables you to apply the rule of thirds well to the the eye placement. The use of shades and highlights has definitely added much depth to the artwork. ??????

The slight differences in shades and tones seemed to add depth to various objects in the landscape. I particularly like the strong visual created by contrasting colors of the sky and cloud with the mountains.

The final product looks impressive. The background is nicely done... it gives depth to the butterfly. I also like the color coordination. Good job.
