It makes it look wavy and like a mirror in the way that you blended it out. I also like how they are all wavy shapes in order to make it look 3D. The movement shows your image very well that you drew. I also like the balance that you created between the image and the background by making those two things both visibly draw my eye so that I can see both things with still having a stand out image.
