Josie, what a cool picture. I love the shadow. I think I am looking at a big snowball over a the snowy ground, but it almost looks like it is on the moon! I need to talk with you about this and hear what you were thinking.. Oh, and the shading in the sky looks so real. May I am way off in my understanding of what you painted, but I love imagining all sorts of possibilities.

Hi Josie, I love how the use of different colors make the pumpkin look round, not flat, and the there is a depth to the background that makes the area at the bottom of the page look much closer than the area in the middle and the top of the page. Wow!
