Your winter meadow piece is really amazing, I especially like the bear tracks, snow covered trees and shading on the snow to reveal the hills. And shhhhh... is that a forest creature napping all curled up under the trees?
Posted 2 years ago by Aunt Karen

I can’t believe you made this picture! It has such detail. From the prints in the snow to the snow on the tree limbs. Very beautiful! Great job Lu!

So cool buddy! Spooky

He is the perfect modern art ghost, I especially like that his 'brains' are feather-like and he has a pirate eye patch. The black edge border appears as if the paper were torn. Very very nice

Look, a squirrel! Did you know I was named after a very famous Disney squirrel? Perri the Pine Squirrel.

Really nice job on this one buddy!

What a cutie! He looks like a little guy who runs around the woods at the cabin house. I think Lindy and Nooga would like to be his friend.

I love the tall skyscraper buildings on the blue background. And it looks like firework explosions are lighting up the sky. Great job Lu

Wow you've captured the perfect fall afternoon. I imagine that I've been made miniature, riding a tiny drone over the pond in the forest and seeing the beautiful colored leaves floating there. The waters surface is reflecting the deep blues of the sky and brighter clouds. Nice work Lucas.

Wow, if I saw him and his pretty colors I'd want to touch him. But thank you for letting me know he is poisonus, I am now aware that all things out in the natural world can be viewed, but not touched. Nice artwork Lucas.

I'm thinking that giraffe is dancing to the song 'Word Up' because there's a line in the lyrics that says 'put your hands in the air like you don't care...' Your giraffe skin colors and pattern are spot-on. And of course he's dancing under the stars (or. Could it be a mirrored disco ball out in the jungle, ha!)

Very nice!! I love the Giraffe!! Keep up the good work, Love you.

This heart is beautiful and would look so nice on a T shirt for ME! I love you, Lucas.

Your drawing makes me imagine that I am hiking through the field, hopping the picket fence, then picking and eating an apple while watching for shooting stars in the night sky. Very nice of work. Love Aunt Karen

Is this your pinch pot monster you were telling me about? It looks very scary. Better keep fingers out of its mouth.

This looks much like the bird that was hanging around the campground in Florida. Do you remember it’s name?

Oh yum. This is the kind of ice cream I want next ice cream time we watch Smallville. Looks like mint chocolate chip, blue moon and vanilla.

Love his silly crossed eyed look as the snow came near his nose. And that scarf is so colorful, wish I had one like that. Does he have a name?

I see 1/4 planets in the corners and a whole sun (that you used two half moons to make) in the middle. And stars divided into 1/8th each. Wow, fractions are fun! Quiz - you have ten toes, if you painted one toenail what fraction of toes would be painted?

I think I may have seen this kind of owl up north this past fall, seriously! The textured blue night-sky is very interesting and the twiggy branch is very realistic. Looking forward to seeing your future artworks. Love Aunt Karen

Reminds me of a very old song... "Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket, save it for a rainy day". So everytime I'm feeling sad (rainy in my brainy) I'll think of your star and I'll cheer up! Thanks for making such a great picture. Love Aunt Karen
