This was titled "The California Coast" in remembrance of a trip we took there a few years ago. The 3D paper illustration depicts a morning in August when we walked through Karl the Fog along Montara Beach running in and out of seaside cave slots, then when I climbed a rock to get a better view, I happened to see a string of humpback whales making their way north through the bay area.
