Hey, Tali! This looks like a Geometric Dolphin making a bow after performing in a water show! Sometimes they dance on top of the water with their bodies in this pose. I love the colors you chose to create the shadows and curves. Great work!! Love, Grandma Phyllis??

What do I think about when I’m looking at this cube with a shadow behind it, Tali? Well…it reminds me of a cube of cheese that was dropped on the floor after a party, waiting for someone to pick it up and eat it, or for someone to step on it by accident in the dark. The moon is shining through a kitchen window causing the shadow behind the cube of cheese! Cheese! I’m getting hungry! I’m off to the kitchen to find that cheese cube on the floor for a snack! Hope the bugs didn’t get to it first!!;-)

OMG, Miss Tali!! This portrait of an Australian bird is gorgeous! You used your favorite colors to highlight its feathers and face. The small details of shapes, dots, and lines help to define the shape of the bird’s head and body so well! You should make prints of this portrait to put on the front of note cards! Love your fine details and color combinations…great job, my dear!!

Yummy Artwork, Tali! Did you frost your cupcake with buttercream, whipped cream, or marshmallow cream? What flavor is your cupcake inside your favorite color blue cupcake paper? I’m guessing chocolate cake with chocolate chips and Pareve vanilla frosting with a stemmed cherry on the top?????? Love your swirls on top too...Delicious!

Hag Sameach, Tali! Everyday when I walk in my neighborhood, I think of you when I see all the “Y” shapes in the trees. I noticed that you have highlighted the right side of the branches and trunk of your tree where the moon is shining brightly on your Tu B’Shevat tree in the dark. Such a lovely scene to think about when you are in your bed at night falling asleep...Zzzzz! Why is this tree different from other trees? Love, Grandma ??

Dear Talented Tali, Your “Wild Thing” makes my heart sing! Her colors are a reminder of a blonde wild child that lives at your house, someone who loves blue and purple! Does this Wild Thing play in the backyard at sunset? Maybe you could have a play date with her and run through the trees in Nana’s backyard! Love your painted imaginary “Wild Friend”!!

Tali, I love your wild thing. She is a little scary but also is very cute. What detail you used to make her. I love the colors too! Love, Nana

Wow, Princess Tali!! You did a super job on showing “perspective” in your picture! Your castle looks similar to your previous castle minus the stones in the castle wall. Your “royal crown” is so sparkly with all the gems and so is your heart necklace and the heart at the waist line of your gown. The stitching in your gown is marvelous and so are the ruffles! I love the texture you used to enhance the sky and the grass! You are becoming quite the creative artist! Thanks to your art teacher for her exciting lessons on the attributes of a piece or artwork! P.S. Love the shoes!!??????

Tali, I love your royal self-portrait! I love the colors and the textures and the perspective. I can see that you are royalty because of your tiara. Can I come visit you at your castle one day? Love, Nana

Tali, I love your dream castle! It is so whimsical and colorful and fun! Can I come visit you when you move in? Love, Nana

Tali, what a fabulous castle!! Your striped turrets are very attractive at the top with the LEGO-like battlement walls above the portcullis. I like the way you added swirly texture to the side walls and the shading to the bricks on the main wall. I can tell that the turrets are round by your curved lines and that the gate is made from wood planks by the vertical lines. Great job,Mademoiselle Artiste! Love your artwork always, Grandma Phyllis

Hey, Tali! This Chicken Art reminds me of the chicken farm that Grandpa Sid grew up on and I visited! There were about 10,000 chickens on his family's farm. They had roosters and hens. The hens laid one egg almost every day. Someone collected the eggs and then the whole family washed, weighed, and packaged the eggs to send to the stores and bakeries. There were jumbo, extra large, large, medium, small, and pullet (peewee) size eggs. Ask Grandpa about growing up on the farm! Love your artwork and love you!
