What a well fed cardinal! Cardinals are one of my favorite birds so I love to see pictures of them. Did you have a cardinal sit on the tree branch as a model while you painted him? I’ll bet not. When I first saw this picture, I felt as if I were a little animal walking into a garden or a forest. Then I saw something hiding behind one of the trees. I hope it’s a friendly animal.
