I really like how you captured the struggle this elephant has to live with. Loss of habitat, identity crisis (I mean what is an elephant, really?), and the physical realization of body dysmorphia disorder. Cultures around the world view the elephant as a symbol of power, wisdom, etc. That's a lot of pressure. It's no wonder this majestic beast just wants to hide from society and dreams of being a hippopotamus in a pink tutu like in Disney's Fantasia.
