- Philip on September 7, 2022
I love this one (and all of your new characters)! I especially like the umbrella, the eye, and just how the person in the middle looks. The three of them go really well together.
- Milo on August 31, 2022
WOW! love what at first was a fashion show for me; but then, of course, your ever-present eye took me deeper into a meaning of ...... and the monster took me deeper into a meaning of ..... - your wonderful palette held, nonetheless . P'line/Paul from Connecticut
- Pauline(fan) on August 24, 2022
the expression on the little one rouses a desire to hug and comfort him. he seems so sad and lost. the colors of his eyes, clothing and those surrounding him, also heighten the tenderness i feel towards him. thanks shy! love nonni
- Nonnni on March 2, 2022

Oliver, Your drawing has such a realistic facial expression.
- Grandma on February 8, 2021
These are fantastic! I love the watercolors and the haunting band-aid eyes, mute characters, really expressive. Your shading is giving great depth to the faces and the shadows give context for the figures. Plus band scenes!!! Yah man!!!
- Zio Filippo on February 6, 2021
Hi Oliver, This drawing has such good facial expressions. One fellow seems to having a good day and the other, not so much!
- Grandma on June 24, 2020
Oliver man, you're getting really good!! Thanks for sharing all of these wonderful pieces!!!
- Philip on June 3, 2020
Whoa that's intense!
- Philip on June 3, 2020
Oliver, I like the print you made at school very much. It would look very nice on my wall, my kind of art! I would like to know what material you used to make it. It is quite detailed.
- Grandma on May 22, 2020
Look at the drum kit stage! I'd like to see these guys in concert.
- Kristi on May 19, 2020
Nice job with those shadows on the wall. I love all the color. Wouldn't it be great if we could stand this close to our friends right now!
- Kristi on May 19, 2020
Great depth in the environment. I really like this one. It tells a story.
- Kristi on May 18, 2020
I love the expression of this figure's face and the dynamic body posture.
- Kristi on May 18, 2020
way to go oliver - another smiling dude. a wonderful thing to see these days love to you nonni
- nonni on May 18, 2020
oliver thank you so much for continuing to create these engaging images. this one is particularly pleasing because the subject is smiling showing genuine happiness. one wonders what has delighted him. especially because his companion in the background although armed seems calm enough! all this combines to arouse thought, pleasure and a sense of well-being to the viewer.
- Nonnni on May 16, 2020
The Detail, the expressive eyes, the use of value to create form, nice job!
- Uncle Mike on May 16, 2020
Hi Oliver, This one is great. I love the viewpoint and perspective you've used. Also, the bold use of line is ver effective.
- Umcle Mike on May 9, 2020
This series is so cool! This one looks like a portrait of Milo!
- Zio Filippo! on May 9, 2020
This fellow looks like he has a smile but with gritted teeth. Since he seems to dressed in a suit, perhaps he is unhappy about having to go to work while everyone else stays home. The eyes are very expressive.
- Grandma on May 5, 2020
Hi again Oliver, hey, nice to See you using color. Is this watercolor? Good job creating a pensive exdession. Consolidation too.
- Uncle Mike on April 30, 2020
Very cool! I love this characters expression.
- Bruce. on April 28, 2020
Hi Oliver, This is your great (or, not so great if you prefer)Uncle Mike from Seattle. I really enjoy looking at your drawings, you show a lot of promise. I chose this drawing to comment on because it struck me as being closely observed. I really like the line quality and the way you filled the space. Keep drawing and looking very carefully at your subject matter. If you don't mind, I'll drop by from time to time to take a look at your artwork and make more comments. Love, Uncle Mike
- Mike on April 27, 2020
Very cool. I dig the detail!!!
- Uncle Philip on April 1, 2020
I love the creatures bat-wing detail, the warrior's facial expression and the design of the castle. thanks once again oliver.
- nonni on April 1, 2020
heh oliver - this guy is really cool. is that a tool box he's carrying?
- nonni on April 1, 2020
Good looking spider suit, Oliver! Nice jacket too. I see you are drawing more individual figures lately. I wonder if they are real people. I will look for some that look like your family.
- Grandma on April 1, 2020
This is great, Oliver!
- Maura on March 20, 2020
Wow! I am impressed by the crowd scene, walking away from what I imagine is Monster Coronavirus. At least my eyes are interpreting it that way. Great facial expressions and use of color.
- Grandma on March 15, 2020
Spot on! Two different feelings at once. I love the color explorations.
- Philip on February 24, 2020
Love the bright colors and choice of clothing. Nice detail.
- Grandma on February 19, 2020
Good facial expressions, Oliver. Love the clothing, clouds and blue sky.
- Grandma on February 19, 2020

- nonni on February 15, 2020
Wow! In living color! You certainly produce a lot.
- Grandma on February 10, 2020
This character seems to be an old sage, with a penchant for music, gardening, and very hot raspberry tea.
- Earl on February 5, 2020
Is this one a self portrait? Very expressive. Grandma
- Grandma on February 3, 2020
Oliver, What great way to share your artwork with others! I am impressed with your good use of perspective, not easy to learn, as well as the expressive faces. They remind me of you and Milo, especially the eyes.
- Grandma on January 22, 2020
Whoa. I love this one! The 2 on the sides probably have 2 eyes but the monster in the middle clearly only has one!!
- Philip on January 22, 2020
Very cool. I like their different outfits and wonder about the mission they're about to go on!
- Philip on January 22, 2020
this is a beautiful design. it could be a ring, a brooch, the main jewel of a tiara, a clasp to close a king's cape. thanks oliver
- nonni on January 14, 2020
wow oliver - this one's a beaut! i'm wondering what the guy on the left is saying. and i'm wondering who the guy in the rocking chair is. i'm thinking he might be the leader. i'll talk to you about this when I see you in 2 weeks.
- nonni on January 14, 2020
i'm wondering whether the animal to the warrior's rear is helping to protect him. the warrior seems so well-armed that any other protection might be unnecessary in most cases. but if he is attacked by several enemies, that animal seems very very likely to be useful.
- nonni on January 6, 2020
There is a mythological element to this particular work!
- Alessandra (Mother) on January 1, 2020
Oliver's use of facial expressions, situations, actions, and perspective tell great stories!!
- Philip on January 1, 2020
this piece is wonderful for its composition and perspective. it's easy to see that the two warriors to the left of the main character are pretty far from him. not every piece of art is as convincing in portraying distance as this one is. again - thank you my dear oliver
- nonnni on December 9, 2019
I see the same determination in the stance of this warrior as I saw in oliver superhero. this guy is prepared for ANYTHING that might come along! i'd certainly feel safe with him around
- nonnni on December 9, 2019
I have a mug with this superhero's image. every morning when I drink my coffee, I will be thinking about my oliver supersuper hero. I love the determination depicted in his eyes. thanks oliver
- nonnni on December 9, 2019
Oliver's art is truly fabulous and I deeply value it. His artworks are always emotionally rich and multidimensional. To me, this piece "Water Master," has close kinship with his recent series of faces and characters (which I have seen at a local private artist viewing). In the face of this piece, I sense a strong determination, and confidence (and also a fluid watery-ness). The details framing the face, like a lighting bolt and a trident, recall Greek mythology, and lend the piece a gallant, textured referentiality. I see deep waters rising when I view this artwork, and feel the rhythms of the past and the future. I richly hope that more artworks by Oliver6300 will be uploaded to this site in the future.
