i love how a story seems to be waiting to be told in this piece, shaolong...and your use of the whole paper...so much energy in each mark. i can hardly wait to see this in person when i visit at the end of july. -- Judy

dear shaolong, i left a comment but somehow it didn't register...so here it is again. sorry about the misspelling of your name. google seems a bit confused. in any case, i love the feeling of this piece based on claude monet's work. you have created a floating world. and i hope, one day, that you can visit monet's garden and home not far from paris. maybe even paint there! it is very special. he loved to paint the flowers and the water, as you know. your work is so natural. i love it. -- grandma judy
