I see what you're saying about the blending of the lines and the yellow, but this may have worked out and enhanced the realism. A real pineapple is a mixture of yellows & browns and blends of these colors, so this looks like the real texture of pineapple. Great work, and impressive to see the artist's commentary becoming much more thoughtful and focused. Keep up the great work!

While you might be disappointed with some smudging, maybe it worked out because it kind of gives a realism effect, really the texture of a pineapple has a lot of crisscrossing with yellows & browns. It's great work, and it is really impressive to see the artist's comments.
