Amelia, I would like to hear more about this art piece. Is it a fabric? Did you knit it? Is it hung on a pencil or stick?

Hi Amelia, I like all the detail you put into this piece of art. The first house reminds me of a birthday cake, the next two look like stained glass candles and the last house looking out the window. Your art puts a smile on my face. Grandma Grace -- Grace

Amelia, your pattern sculpture is so colorful and full of interesting shapes! My eye sees so many things in your sculpture; a snake with its mouth open, a cute creature peaking up over the snake and maybe a bird or swan. The sculpture looks like it could be made into a jester's hat. Love this artwork! -- Nancy

Amelia, that is a clever looking fish. He looks surprised or in shock to me, like maybe he or she swallowed something not sweet. Is there blood on its teeth? I appreciate your depiction. -- Grace

Amelia, your clay fish made me smile! The way you created the eyes and mouth led me to believe he may have escaped from almost getting caught! What a cute fish he is!! I really enjoyed seeing this project.....great job! -- Nancy

Hi Amelia, I enjoyed finding all the patterns in your landscape project. The patterns are colorful and your house designs are unique, with each house looking a little different from the others. I tried finding a house that looked like ours. Nice job on this project....I think this one needs a magnet for our fridge! -- Nancy

Amelia, did you have to close your eyes and pretend to be a small worm to imagine what trees look like to them before completing this project? Because of the colorful trees, it looks like fall. Nice job.....keep up the great work in art class! -- Nancy

I am glad I'm NOT worm. Nice work. Love you -- Grace

I like your picture very much. It reminds me of Navy Pier in Chicago, the skyscrapers and the lake in the background. Are you juggling a banana or is that the moon. -- Grace
