Oh Bella….. what a wonderful journey it has been to watch your sense of design and art develop over the years. Your latest piece is a gem. The pale shading in the background, bending of colors on the flowers and subtle repetition of triangular shapes is very sophisticated and beautiful. Keep up the amazing work. Aunt Becky

How cool is this!!!! The cut pieces in the background makes for a great surface on which to put your perspective work. I also love how you limited you colors so you could appreciate the texture and perspective study. Nice warm feel too??

This is a beautiful!!! I love the use of contrasting warm and cool colors, and light and dark to make your parrot pop out from background. I also think your making the bird, leaves and branches run off the page makes you think that you are getting a “close up” picture of the bird. Nice work!!! And awesome picture.

There you go again......creating an awesome piece of art. This beauty demonstrates how much you have grown as an artist. You’re not afraid to let things run off the page. You use bubble letters for your words, which can be very tricky. And the use of different values of your charcoal with the hair shows how much you have learned at such a young age. The sky’s the limit!!!!! You go girl!!!!!!

Wow Bella, you used your watercolors in a great way. I love the way you let some of the colors melt together with extra water. The leaves falling remind me of how it almost seems like it is raining leaves. And the different colors of the leaves is very realistic. You are really a great artist. I look forward to more from you. LU??
