Congratulations!. You have achieved several standards with this one project. First you used math concents when creating your quilt squares. Remember, the standard of "symmetry" was achieved by the way you balanced your "shapes". We did not have to also balance color. You chose any colors BUT you had to keep the shapes symmetrical. Good job. You also found out that Quilt Making is an ART that uses lots of MATH! Beautiful patterns in each one of your pattern squares. And finally, you created a successful "collage" (a project that is made by cutting and pasting) You should be very proud of this project.
