This is by far the my favorite illustration Bianca has created. The Stippling was amazing and very detailed. In fact, the detail for this piece came in many forms. Whether it was stippling if the hand , mushroom, butterfly and moon or the wave-like engraving pattern that surround the primary objects, there was a discipline used by the artist. The messages in the objects totally set the stage for Bianca's emotional palate. I felt a deep sense of calmness disrupted by a collection of emotional icons. (Similar to dropping pebbles in a calm body of water and watch the waves mathematically bounce off one another. The balance of the composition was grounded - with most of the heavy stippeled objects drawing the eye towards the bottom of the page. Overall, the artwork is successful visually and metaphorically. I hope Bianca decides to create similar art work to this in the future.
