I grew up in Middletown, DE (a small town in a small state) on a fruit and vegetable farm. I was artistic since elementary school, I always enjoyed drawing and writing stories, but I figured out I wanted to be an artist in high school. I focused on painting for many years and studied at Delaware College of Art & Design, The Schoool of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and Tufts University.
