Jill Rabalais
Hi! My name is Jill Rabalais. I'm from South Louisiana and lived here all my life. I have been teaching for almost 30 years, but talented visual art in Livingston Parish since the Fall of 1998. I graduated in 1992 from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in art education.
