3D Art 7: Gnome Homes and Hobbit Houses

The 3D Art 7th grade classes designed homes for fictional characters.  Using coil construction methods in clay they built the base for their homes.  Each house was to incorporate additive and subratctive clay, texture, doors/windows and decorative elements.  Students colored their homes with brightly colored glazes.  Some students decided to make their homes as a fuctional container by having a removable roof.
