Caitlin Daugherty
Caitlin Daugherty is the Art Coordinator for the Oxford Arts Alliance. She graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Fine Arts and a minor in Psychology in May 2015. After graduation, one of her goals was to contribute to building a substantial art community in small towns. Through her position she is able to bring art and culture to the little town daily. Starting as a volunteer, she worked her way up to instructing students of her own through private lessons. She’s brought portfolio preparation to the alliance while teaching classes, camps, and clubs. Caitlin schedules a variety of new and exciting classes and camps for all ages and helps maintain the general appearance and operations of the arts alliance.

Cat Glen
Cat Glen got her bachelors degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2013. Her foundation and specialties include drawing fundamentals, life drawing, and figure modeling. Cat has worked as an art teacher at nearby Delaware schools, summer camps, and specialty classes at various locations. After graduating from SCAD, Cat moves to NYC where she worked with a custom boot and shoe designer. Cat is very involved with the arts in every aspect, not just visual! During the week, Cat works in an emergency room as her day job, dances with Eclipse Performing Dance Company, and rehearsing with various local theatre companies.

Diane Henney
Diane was trained in graphic arts at Art Institute of Philadelphia and later received her bachelor degree in Art Education at Rowan University. She possesses a K-12 certification in art education with an emphasis on pottery forms. Over the years she has taught in both public and private schools as well as co-founded a local community arts center in her hometown in southern New Jersey. For the past 12 years, Diane was the art director for a creative arts day program teaching art to mentally and physically challenged adults. She enjoys watching students explore and discover their creative ability.

Emily Hutchison
Emily graduated From Avon Grove High School in 2015 and is now and aspiring nursing student enrolled in Delaware County Community College. She lives on a multi-generational dairy farm and enjoys the animals as well as the artistic inspiration of the landscape. She had dreamed of becoming an artist and through the Oxford Arts Alliance has become an instructor for private art lessons and Paint Your Own Pottery. She wishes to stress the importance of having art in the community in order to inspire and spark creativity that can only be found in an artistic way! She believes art is always the answer and strives to create a relaxing environment and show anyone they can be an artist!

Gloria Lopez
Gloria Martinez Lopez is a 2019 Kutztown University graduate with a degree in Art Education and concentration in metalwork. During her time in Kutztown, Gloria received the Bierman Scholarship and since then has created her own work space from home where she makes handmade jewelry. Gloria hopes to incorporate her knowledge of working metal into her classes. Gloria lives in Kennett Square and likes being outdoors and loves looking at the sky.

Maggie Creshkoff
Maggie Creshkoff lives on a farm in northern Maryland with far too many cats and her 100 lb. mastiff Boudica. She studied American History at Antioch College, Ceramics at the Instituto Allende in Mexico, and moved to Maryland in 1982. Stubbornly committed to using local clays, she is likewise dedicated to getting as many small children and adults as dirty as possible. Maggie founded the Trashy Women in 2004, and continues to work with and write about that cunning collective of dumpster-diving divas.

Midge Diener
Midge has always loved art and has pursued painting in many ways. She was accomplished at Tole and Decorative painting but wanted to create original works. Oil painting was explored for a short time but loved the flow of watercolor and decided to pursue that medium. Pete Hoffman
Artist/Designer Pete Hoffman has enjoyed extensive experiences in the Art and
Advertising fields. He is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a BA in Graphic Design and Advertising with a concentration in Fine Arts. Pete went on to become an Art Director, Designer, and Staff Illustrator at various agencies and companies. He has had a broad array of experiences from clients in motion picture (Lucas Films), set displays (QVC), trade shows exhibits (Small Wonder), game design (Lucent, Astra Zeneca), and many more. Currently he freelances his illustration skills and teaches painting classes to patrons of “Paint and Sip” events. He enjoys watching people build confidence and explore their hidden artistic talents. |
Sally Wilson
"I love nature; I only paint living things -- trees, flowers, landscapes, people. I grew up on a farm, walking through the woods along the Octoraro creek with my grandmother as she taught me the names of wild flowers, ferns, trees. Tyler Allen
Tyler Allen is a 2019 graduate of Solanco High School who has won awards and scholarships for his outstanding work in the visual arts. Tyler was the featured emerging artist at Red Raven Art Company in Lancaster in August of 2019.
