Lea Shepherd
I am originally from Dove Creek, Colorado. It is about 2 hours from Shiprock and 35 miles from Cortez.
I graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with my Bachelors of Fine Arts. This is my fifth year at Pinon Atsa Middle School. I started teaching in Pinon in 2010. I live here in Pinon with my 6 -year old daughter Amara, 1- year old daughter Tjossema and husband Cameron Shepherd. Mr. Shepherd teaches History at Pinon High School. Art is my life and I hope to foster that love for creation in my Art students. I want to thank all the parents and guardians, for allowing me the opportunity to teach their children. I hope you enjoy all the wonderful piece my students create. |
