Mrs. Z began teaching at Nathaniel Morton and Hedge Elementary Schools in December of 2019. Mrs. Z has a background in design, and loves to incorporate "design thinking" into her lessons. She really enjoys teaching art and working with all her amazing, talented, creative student artist!

Hi friends! I have been teaching art at NMES for the past three years. Prior to that, I was an art teacher in Rhode Island. I love working with lots of different art materials. I enjoy felting wool, sculpting with clay, and using colored pencils and watercolor to create illustrations. When I’m not teaching or making art, I enjoy spending time in nature.
