I have had the pleasure of teaching art at Morton Gingerwood School for the past 16 years. I love the smiles of pride a student feels when they create a successful piece in the art room. My goals for students are threefold; appreciation, create, and patience! Learning about art, the techniques used and the history behind the art teaches students about a common thread we all share throughout every culture. Students will be working with a variety of media; painting, drawing, collage, printmaking and markers to name a few.
