Paul Noot
He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a Secondary Teacher Certification from the University of North Dakota in 1990, and in 1992 a Master of Fine Arts degree from Brooklyn College.
After being absorbed with the art world of New York and Minneapolis, he returned to North Dakota as Registrar/Coordinator of Exhibitions at the North Dakota Museum of Art in Grand Forks.
