Carolyn Karn
I love teaching at BPS and am amazed at the things my students are able to do. I hope you enjoy their work too! I have a college degree in Art History from Duke University and Art Education training plus a masters degree in Remedial Reading from the University of South Carolina. In addition I have studied drawing, painting, sculpture, jewelry making and graphic design at other schools including North Carolina Central, Penland School of Crafts and the University of Oregon.
I am a member of the South Carolina Art Education Association. My special interests in addition to my work are travelling to new places and riding BigBoy, my horse. |
