Carrie O'Donoghue
I received a Master's of Fine Art from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor's of Fine Art from The Minneapolis College of Art and Design. I interned at The Franklin Furnace, Inc and The Kitchen in NYC. I began teaching at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1998. I have shown work in Chicago, Seattle, Minneapolis, Missoula, Malaysia, the Solomon Islands, and Germany as well as online exhibitions. I believe everyone is born with an innate creative ability and that art is a process of exploration and discovery. I draw and paint as often as I can to unwind, regenerate and remember.
