Laurie Thompson
Ms. Thompson (or Ms. T as the students call her) has been teaching elementary art for 23 years. This is her 9th year at Pinecrest Elementary. She has a BFA degree in Interior Design from the University of Georgia, and a BA degree in Art Education from Lander University. She also achieved National Board Certification in 2003. Ms. T obtained her Master's Degree in Education from Southern Wesleyan in 2010. In her spare time, Ms. T enjoys playing tennis, home improvement projects, and going to antique shops.
