Jonathan Aseron
I was born and raised in Statesboro, Georgia. After receiving a BFA degree in painting and drawing from the University of Georgia, I moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas for graduate school. I earned a MFA degree in 2009 in studio art. I live in South Austin with my wife, Tara, and my twin sons, Theo and Louie (both second graders at EE). Other than hanging out with my family, I love to paint, write music, and watch sports in my spare time. This is my eighth year as an art teacher for Eanes Elementary. I am super excited to be a part of such an awesome and creative place!
