Beverly Koonce
Miss Koonce has been teaching art for thirteen years. She began teaching at the middle school level, Art Enrichment, at S.J. Welsh Middle School. She moved to Vinton Elementary about six years ago.
She is a graduate of McNeese State University with a B.A. degree in Advertising Design. She returned to McNeese to complete Art Education Certification requirements. Her favorite subject to draw or paint is portraits, especially of children. She also enjoys reading, gardening and fishing. She is especially proud of the artwork that her students produce. |
