Thank you for visiting our Shatekon Elementary School Artsonia Galleries! My name is Katie Allain, and I have been teaching Elementary Art in the NYS Capital Region for over 12 years. I received my BS in Art Education with a concentration in Drawing and Painting from The College of Saint Rose (2008) and my Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology from The University at Albany (2015). I am an active member of NYSATA and NAEA. I love collaboration with artists and educators through professional organizations, conferences, workshops, and social media groups.
