Dana DeYoung
After immersing herself in the Montessori School philosophy as a parent and teacher, Dana became Ojai Valley School's first pre-kindergarten teacher in 1991. After eleven years, Dana moved into the Kindergarten classroom, where she remains today. She is also the co-coordinator for the primary division. Jody Cooper
An alumna and 33-year resident of the Ojai Valley School Upper Campus, Jody has a true love for the school. She has gained her ceramic education by attending Ventura Community College, Santa Barbara City College, apprenticing with Frank Massarella, as well as continuing her studies by participating in workshops two or three times a year. Jody is an active member of the Ventura County Potters\' Guild and has shown her work in Carpinteria, Ojai, and Thousand Oaks.

Linda Gartrell
Linda and her husband, Gary, grew up in Ojai. They served as dorm parents when they first came to OVS and Linda has since served as the pre-kindergarten teacher and co-coordinator of the primary division. Linda also teaches swimming and is a faculty advisor to the student council. Linda received her associate degree from Ventura College and is presently working on her bachelors in early childhood education.

In her spare time, Linda loves to paint, swim, hike, garden, travel and watch soccer. Gary and Linda have four children, all of whom have attended OVS.
