Gina Beauvais
Gina Beauvais first made a beaded bracelet when she was 10 years old and attached it to her hand-made "Cabbage Patch" doll in 1986 (Her daughter sleeps with the doll, Angelina; The bracelet is still on). She continuted to repair and make beaded jewelry through high school. She took private watercolor lessons for 11 years working with E. Brennan and Sue Miller (www.suemillerart.com) Gina graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia in 1998 with a BFA in silversmithing and Art Education, student teaching in several Philadelphia public schools.
