Christina Culligan
Originally from Salt Lake City, Ms. Culligan came to Parker from Arizona in 2014. All of the past generations of her family on her mother’s side were born and raised on the Big Island. She graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Art Education and Theater Arts Education from the University of Arizona and completed a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University.
