I graduated from Alma College with a degree in elementary education and early childhood. My first year of teaching was in a Young 5's classroom at the public school-my dream! Then, I got a call from my superintendant after being laid off. He had a position for me at St. Paul as an art and computer teacher. With two days before school starting, I started working at St. Paul in the fall of 2003. I had a LOT to learn about teaching art and computers. Over the years I have strived to get my students' work recognized in the community. They take so much pride in their work, and it's great to see their faces light up. This website is a great opportunity for us to share what we do at our school.
I've been blessed to be placed at St. Paul and am so thankful for all of the support I've received from families and staff members alike. I was meant to be there.
