Welcome to our visual arts gallery on Artsonia. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. The money generated through Artsonia will help purchase art supplies for the school. As you can guess I do recieve a budget , but would love to be able to teach more.
Please feel free to view the splendid Art work some of the students are doing. I will be continuing to add more students and their art work in addition to adding more than one piece for each student.
Students are learning all about art through different ways such as , the medium (materials), famous artist, or a topic. Students have the opportunity to explore with pencil, chalk, oill pastels, specialized markers, clay, paper, wire, paint, craft materials, printmaking, collage just to name a few. The students are gaining a greater understanding of the Elements of Art and Principals of Design. They are learning about other cultures, aesthetics, visual communication, art history, and judgement and criticism.
