Welcome to Pleasant Ridge's visual arts gallery on Artsonia! I am so proud of the students' work. I hope you enjoy viewing their art. Please "make comments" and compliment the young artists in your life. One small compliment can go a long way!

At the primary level, we focus on the Elements of Art and introduce kids to different ways of making art including drawing, painting, weaving, printmaking, sculpture, and pottery. We experiment with a variety of media like colored pencils, oil pastels, watercolors, tempera paint, markers, and clay. We also spend a lot of time problem solving and learning about spacial relationships, math, visual literacy and much more.

If you really enjoy any of our artwork, PRES will receive 20% of any purchases made through Artsonia. But please don’t feel pressured to buy anything, my students and I just want you to enjoy looking at art!
