Highcrest School
Wethersfield, Connecticut
Welcome to our visual arts gallery on Artsonia. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. The money generated through Artsonia will help purchase art supplies for the school. Artsonia is an amazing online art gallery that helps to foster the importance of an arts education. Our students at HIghcrest have created such high quality art work, please share their art with your friends and family by sending them a link. Once parents are registered, students can receive comments on their art work and create the 'artist statement', a new component to Artsonia, to encourage students to reflect on their art using literacy skills. Please consider helping them achieve this goal. I am so proud of all my students at Highcrest and thank all of you for taking the time to see what art at Highcrest is all about! Go Arts Education! Go schools and families connecting! Go learning for all! Mrs. Kopecki/Art Teacher

It reminds me of spring and summer, the viberant colors of pastels. The butterflies are family flying around happy with each other.

I love how i painted the color theme. Have nothing least to say. Inspiration creating this piece of artwork was my teacher's idea with her help. I love how i put it together to make it blend beautifully. I wont change anything on my drawing. The concepts I learned to how to handle paint color and keeping it in the circle. Yes I liked how I managed to keep the paint of my design in tact and you can see how the sky and sun animals looked around the whole.

The bright colors is my favorite of this picture. She learned about chineese symbols. I dont have anything least to say about my drawing. The inspiration of creating this drawing is to show peace and love. I have nothing to change on this drawing. Yes it surprise me that i did a nice job with the colors and how neat i did it.
