Welcome to our visual arts gallery on Artsonia. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. Please leave comments for your favorite artists. The students love getting positive feedback. You can even become a member of their fan club! If you decide to purchase products, the money generated will go towards refurbishing our 9/11 Memorial Garden and creating a new Veterans Memorial sitting area near the front entrance of the school. We hope to have enough money to fund the project so that we can have a dedication for the Veterans Memorial sitting area and a rededication for the 9/11 Memorial Garden on Veterans Day, November 12.

Recent artist statements ...
Having a passion for Egyptology and studying the pop-art of Andy Warhol, I wanted to create a piece of art that represented the old (Egyptian History) and the new (Andy Warhol Pop-Art). I also wanted to maintain simplicity, by finding a strong Egyptian symbol and recreate it in Warhol's vision. As an artist, I am very happy with this piece of work. The eye of Horus is a strong image, as well as the colors used in the artwork are also strong.
