Welcome to Central School's online visual arts gallery on Artsonia. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. Central School’s art program is based on the principles and practices of “Teaching for Artistic Behavior” (also known as TAB). Students are learning the habits required to be artists: Developing craft, Observing, Expressing, Envisioning, Engaging & Persisting, Stretching & Exploring, Reflecting and Understanding Art Worlds. Students may choose their subject matter and media from various "opened" centers such as Drawing, Collage, Painting, Sculpture, Clay, or Fiber. Artists may explore, experiment, and demonstrate an understanding of their grade-level standards.
