The principles of our is texture and pattern, line. The name of our art is personality is in different moods. The medium we used was temp paint and sharpie in our art. Each Destiny and I had squares in which we incorporated each of our personalities. I learned that if you use way to much paint, it gets soggy and drippy. When it dries up it starts to crack and peel. Bold colors make a excellent choice when dark or dull colors are being used in paint a beautiful design. Bold colors are good if used appropriately in painting. Not making the mistake of mixing colors that don’t match at all. That what our art was about.

In our picture we chose to do contrast. We have light and dark colors next to each other. We learned that different colors can make things stand out. We came up with different designs and in the end we chose Emily’s design.

My principles of design that I used are pattern and rhythm because the pattern for the flower where it gets darker and darker towards the outside then towards the middle it gets lighter as it goes deeper. I didn’t really get inspired to for this project because I just kind of drew it,. And I knew I was good at drawing orchids and a humming bird. Then I just shaded them with pastels.
