Mount Prospect School
Basking Ridge, New Jersey
Thank you for visiting the Mount Prospect Artsonia Gallery!
GREAT NEWS!!! With YOUR help, Mount Prospect has been rated # 1 in New Jersey and #9 in the nation for 2008 – 2009. These results are based on the number of artwork published, as well as community involvement such as, comments, fan club members and fund raising activity. So, thanks for registering, joining fan clubs, sending comments, sending e-cards to your friends and family, and purchasing fun items!!!

In order to have compliments displayed, a parent must first REGISTER their child. Information on how to do that will be sent home when new artwork is displayed, or you can send me an email and I can register for you - sbivona@bernardsboe.com.

The money generated through Artsonia will help purchase art supplies & resources for our school. The kids are so excited about Artsonia! Thanks for supporting the arts!

My favorite part of this artwork is make the tongue stick out of the Valentine's face! Valentine day inspired me to make a silly happy Valentine! I love it ,it is so joyful,I would not change anything! I learnt cut Heart shapes out of big paper! I am happy with the Art it can speak to me! I cut large sheet of paper into a heart shape with symmetry and then I colored it!

My favorite part was experimenting with paint mixtures. I was inspired by the bubbles that you blow out in summer! Nothing it is one of my favorite pieces. That imprints can be made from objects. The effect of using of imprints on top of each other surprised me. I made circles with cups of different sizes using the top for center circles and then used skinny bottles for smaller circcles.

The collection of apples! I cut rectangular shaped paper for the basket from brown colored paper then created a basket weave with brown black crayons then filled it with apples. The apples are actually cut from square paper carefully and stuck on each other to create a stack of delicious apples!
