Welcome to our visual arts gallery on Artsonia. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. The money generated through Artsonia will help purchase art supplies for the schools. Our page on Artsonia hosts work from both Tampico Middle School and Prophetstown High School. The art program at Prophetstown High School is a survey course, so the students all create the same projects, regardless of their level of art experience. The projects vary from year to year, and the curriculum is designed in a spiral format so that the students can utilize and build on previous knowledge. Students at Tampico Middle School take art for nine weeks each year; the art program in our district begins in 6th grade. The students at these two schools are excited to showcase their artwork for all to see, and they welcome your positive comments. Enjoy your tour!
