Salvador Dali animals

Students listened to the story of young Salvador Dali's adventure and curiosity that sparked his imagination for his artwork. Students created artwork of the animals inspired by Dali's artwork of the long-legged elephants. Students learned about the difference between warm and cool colors and had to color their Dali animals in warm colors and the background in cool colors. Students were creative in their choices of what animals to depict with Dali inspired long legs.
